Khabira is a big, bold elegant combined source straight Egyptian mare with an elegant head and big eye. She is sound with great legs and feet and she floats as she moves. Born black she did not start to grey until she turned four years old and, even then, she was dark grey for many years. She is an excellent broodmare who foals easily unassisted and is a wonderful mother. She produces large foals that usually mature to a good height. Her pedigree blends well with old and new Egyptian lines and has produced black, grey, black-bay and chestnut offspring.
